Anti Cellulite Massage

Anti Cellulite Massage

Cellulite massage is a type of massage that aims to improve the drainage and circulation of fat and fluids under the skin. This massage helps prevent or reduce the formation of cellulite and improves the appearance of the skin. While increasing blood circulation, it narrows the diameter of the vessel and allows the blood to flow more regularly. Cellulite is caused by genetic and hormonal factors, weight gain, weight loss, sedentary life, smoking, unhealthy diet and skin structure. Although it is difficult to reduce the cellulite appearance of the skin, massages performed consciously at home or by experts create positive effects. Cellulite massage increases blood circulation, reduces the appearance of cellulite and relaxes the body.

The appearance of cellulite may vary according to the body structure of the person. While it appears as a hard tissue in individuals who are more than their ideal weight, it appears as soft tissue in individuals with a lean build. Lymph channels are opened during the massage. With the breakdown of excess fat, the skin regains its lost elasticity. The skin regains a firm, shiny and smooth appearance. Does cellulite go away with massage? It is possible to reduce cellulite with massage.

There are three points to be considered when massaging. These are; the breakdown of fat tissue, acceleration of blood circulation and strengthening of connective tissue. If done correctly, a decrease in cellulite is observed after each massage. In addition, eating healthy and consuming enough water is very important for the body to be smooth.      When massaging cellulite, massage is performed from the upper areas such as upper legs, hips and thighs downwards. In this technique called "kneading", the skin stretches, the fat tissue loosens and breaks down. With the acceleration of blood flow, the melting in the legs is noticeable. The massage, which is recommended to be applied at intervals of 15 days, takes an average of 25-30 minutes, although it varies according to the fat tissue of the person.

Burning oils such as lemon, lavender, jojoba, rosemary and thyme are applied to the area to be massaged.
The oil should first be heated in the palm of the hand and then massaged.
Massage is done by applying light pressure from bottom to top. Hands are moved on the skin in a heart shape.
Warming is provided for the fat tissues to break down.
It is important to make sure that the area to be treated has absorbed the structure.
During the massage, which is performed by applying pressure from the knee to the hip, that is, in the lymphatic direction, cellulite becomes palpable as the tissue warms up.

After the massage, you can use a massage gun to relax your body.
The expert therapist applying the massage increases blood circulation in the cellulite area by applying procedures such as kneading, compression, pulling and deep tissue massage.       How many sessions does cellulite massage last?
Although the cellulite massage applied by experts varies according to the cellulite condition of the patient, it can be applied as 2-3 sessions at regular intervals throughout the year. Intervals of at least 4 - 5 weeks are given between sessions.

Can I Get Rid of Cellulite Permanently with Massage?
Although cellulite massage is a very effective method, cellulite cannot be completely removed with massage, but it gives visible effective results on cellulite. Since the effect of massage is centered on blood circulation and triggering cell renewal under the skin, it is important to apply it at regular intervals to get more effective results.

Cellulite, which usually occurs due to the deformation of subcutaneous fat tissue in areas such as hips, legs, abdomen and arms, develops with the combination of many different factors. Genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, irregular diet, sedentary life and other factors can affect cellulite formation. For this reason, cellulite massage alone may not provide a permanent solution, it should be supported by changing routines such as sedentary lifestyle and eating habits.
